At the age of 26, Mel Donenfeld (pictured above with sons Eric, left, and Cory, right) opened Northwest Autobody in 1978.

NWAB has been named the Best Auto Body Shop in Bonner County in several publications each year for more than 20 years and continues to expand to meet growing demands.
In 2014 Northwest Autobody and Towing opened a second Bonner County location in Ponderay. Northwest Autobody is locally and family owned and has deep ties to the region and cares about the community.
