If you're looking to test your own strength check out the early morning classes with Sunshine. Its nice being able to go at anytime day or night. They've done a bunch of upgrades lately and it looks great and nice new equipment. Looking forward to the rest of the upgrades they are working on.

They have recently remodeled and brought in new equipment, which is amazing. This is a great place to work out.
