“If you're looking to test your own strength check out the early morning classes with Sunshine. Its nice being able to go at anytime day or night. They've done a bunch of upgrades lately and it looks great and nice new equipment. Looking forward to the rest of the upgrades they are working on.”

“This gym has the BEST environment! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and the coaching staff is awesome. They make you feel right at home the second you walk in the door! CrossFit is my favorite kind of training because you just get to show up and work hard - it’s all done for you as far as programming. Absolutely love it here and highly recommend!”
