“I've been walking all around trying to find a decent pair of shoes for my bad feet (i gave them to the Army years ago, and now they're temperamental and hurt all day), and somehow I wander into this store. It was clean, the staff were very helpful and let me try on about 10 pairs of shoes, and now I have a great pair of kicks for like $25! Why did no one tell me about this Gem? I'm headed back to buy another of the same pair in a different color. My feet don't hurt and I barely spent any money. Staff let me try my size and size up of about 5 different shoes types, and didn't make me feel bad about it. Sorry to everyone involved everywhere i go but, I gotta be 'that guy' when i go in to buy shoes cause i gotta try on about a million pairs of shoes each time i look for shoes and more often then not, I leave the store empty handed. But, I've just got bad feet now, and at Big5 they were chill and made me feel like it wasn't even an issue that i gotta try on 9 friggen pairs of shoes. Very cool guys.
