Frontier Credit Union, formerly known as East Idaho Credit Union and East Idaho Federal Credit Union, has been providing great service to its customers/owners for over 20 years. The Shelley branch is known for its friendly staff, while the Idaho Falls location has faced some issues with service and communication. Overall, the credit union is praised for its excellent customer service, with helpful and respectful employees who make customers feel comfortable, especially during loan processes.

Still the same great people as East Idaho Credit Union and East Idaho Federal Credit Union before that, 20 years hasn't changed the service they give to their customers/owners.

Shelley branch is very friendly. Idaho falls had some issues with service and courtesy.. You leave messages that don't get returned.
