“I had to write a quick review to pay thanks to Shannon Kardell. It was my wife and I's first time taking out a big loan to purchase a new vehicle so I had no idea what the process was like. Shannon made everything stress free. She responded to questions and requests very quickly. Most importantly, she proactively gave us advice on different solutions to implement that resolved some issues in our situation.
Had we gone elsewhere, we might've just gotten stuck with someone doing the bare minimum and we would've been worse off.
This is my first and definitely not my last experience with MACU.”

“I have been a WaFd Bank customer for decades. Through the years, I have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know the staff at WaFd.
When your sole option is a phone call, the bank uses a comfortable mix of human and AI resources without inflicting the frustrations which accompany skeleton crew staffing (e.g. the aggravations associated with being short on time and unable to speak with a human being, when doing so is the only way to resolve your issue). WaFd lets the customers decide whether to speak with a human being or continue to pursue their needs with help from AI through informing the customer of how to exercise these options. And in situations where you must stop into a branch, all of WaFd's human staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional -- a real treat to interact with.
WaFd has brought me solice during past times of turmoil (such as dealing with the consequences associated with data breaches which impacted me). After all, I was able to take comfort in the knowledge that my finances were secure because the staff at WaFd and I know each other.
My decades of experience, working with WaFd and numerous banking organizations, lends credence to my view that the truly personal banking experiences which I enjoy with WaFd are increasingly rare and valuable in this day and age. Thank you for the pleasure of banking with you WaFd! Keep up the great work!”

“I too, have been very unsatisfied with the service at the Channing Branch. Always a rediculous wait even when no one is there. After almost 20 years with the Bank of Idaho, I was so disappointed and no since my husband passed away, I haven't been able to keep large balances. Today, I was in a hurry and stopped into the branch on Capital to make a deposit. I was treated so well from the moment I walked in, she even offered me a cupcake before I left. I am going to give it another look. Not the Channing branch, that bank gives me nightmares... seriously.”

“Honestly, 10/10 branch. Every time I've went there it's always a really nice time. When my card got fraud watched, I pretty much just walked over, told them the issue, and boom! Same day card and I was out faster than a light after you wire it wrong. Honestly, this branch is really good! Plus, they have coffee and hot cocoa, which for some of the colder months is great.”
