“Absolutely a thumbs up. First off you notice the nice wide parking spaces so you can load groc. without dinging the car next to you. Personal still wiping the carts and wearing mask even when not required. Good quality products even when they replace items with their own brand. Help to load when I have a heavy item. Nummy fresh produce in the special cooler room.....the list is long. ?”
“The infusion center is amazing. They are always busy so sometimes getting your infusion scheduled quickly is not an option. The staff is SO friendly and accommodating. Super clean, professional and nurses are beyond great. They always spoil me and give me all the extra warm blankets.”

“Great location. Parking is easy and there are plenty of spaces available. There is rarely a line for gas. Good gas prices. The pumps are well maintained. Fast service at automotive . We got new tires and a battery no issues and very timely. Great food selection. Friendly staff and short lines. Weekdays definitely are less crowded. Win win.”

“Most of my experiences have been positive. I have had to deal with the occasional unnecessary abruptness. I stock that in human nature and how customers can be rude. I subscribed to the texting feature that lets me know that my scripts are ready. I rarely let it get to the point of where I NEED to have them filled. I also try to go to the pharmacy during off peak hours, which depending on the day is variable. The line does get incredibly long during peak hours and you can sit there for at least 20+ minutes. But on the positive side, I just walk up, let them know I have a pick up with my name and DOB and the transaction is less than 5 minutes. Still waiting on a bad experience that I'm reading with these other reviews.”

“Fred Meyer Pharmacy does a great job filling my prescriptions without delays or being out of stock, and the employees are very nice and helpful. Plus it's really convenient to be able to pick up groceries or do some shopping in the store while you're there.”
“Love this pharmacy. My husband was released from the hospital after major surgery. It was Saturday, and we needed to fill his prescriptions while in Idaho Falls before heading home. We needed the prescriptions that day. This was the 3rd pharmacy we tried. No one else had the expensive blood thinner we needed. This pharmacy had it in stock, and one of the workers even found a coupon that saved us over $100.
Other pluses: My husband couldn’t get out of the car, so the drive-through was great. There was a camera and screen, so we could see the person we were talking to. Also, she was so helpful. She told us how long the wait would be. We got lunch and came back and it was ready. There were so many prescriptions that they wouldn’t fit in the bank teller-type chute/sender thing, and so someone ran them out to us in front of the store. They were wonderful to work with.”
“The staff is very helpful. They were short on an rx and offered to give me a partial until their next shipment arrived. Never had any other place do this for me. Wait time is close to none usually. Never been there longer than 15 minutes.”

“Had meds filled in another state and I left for a trip before I could get it. Made phone call and was answered on 3rd ring and the pharmacist was able to transfer it to this store without any issues.The original Walgreens store hung up on me 4 times each day for three days in a row. Ended up driving to the store and there were 6 people in line and it took about 30 minutes to get waited on.Talk about a world of difference between the two”

“4/5 because I have not used the pharmacy and can’t completely review. Store itself is always clean, when it’s not it’s usually because they’re restocking. They’re very attentive when someone is in the front. I had to return an opened takis pringles, and not once was I questioned. It’s not much money, but rather return the item, and let them be aware that items have been tampered with . I was worried I’d have a hard time with it. I was impressed with their professionalism overall. Hopefully they figure out the pharmacy issues soon!”
