“We were extremely fortunate to have InterWest assigned to us as our local mover for our military move to Idaho Falls. Kolton, Luis, Justin, Bridger and Rhiley worked incredibly hard and had a great attitude all day. 5 stars isn’t enough for how much of a help this crew was. They unpacked and assembled our furniture with care; there wasn’t a single scratch on our things or the house. When we had questions about the status of our shipment, Tabitha, Jessica and Christina answered the phone promptly and went out of their way to get the information we were looking for. “Shipping and dealing with returns are usually such a hassle, especially with a store that handles the amount of volume that this location does. Despite all the challenges, this team moves like a well oiled machine. Especially Christal their supervisor. We were lucky enough to have her deal with our return. We had trouble with shipping labels for our two large boxes. Most associates would have sent us on our way to figure it out on our own. She helped us get on the phone with the right people from Amazon and had us out of there in no time! Can not recommend this location and their leadership more!”

“I purchased a desk ,file cabinet and hanging folders after looking in store and on the phone with my adult children who went to the store to tell what was available , since I live 70 miles from the Ammon store . long story short , Jeff The GM and all staff on the phone for several phone calls were super helpful . one desk was on for sale for 20$ less than the online price and Jeff gave me the number to staples .com which quickly without questions credited the $20 back to me . they had everything pulled and ready fast and when My adult children came back from a quick lunch the items were ready and the loading process was quick and easy... “I love these people. I have had four missionaries, two foreign. The staff goes out of their way to help me find the cheapest, and most likely to get to a third world country, options. As for the “old” building, my heart would break if they tore it down. I remember going in with my mom and playing with the knobs on the PO Boxes for what seemed like hours.”
