“Stopped by on the way to Yellowstone. Ordered some fried chicken and Cole slaw/potato salad for lunch. OMG. The potato salads are to die for. It is the best potato salad I have ever tasted. I've been around the block when it comes to eating different kind of culinary styles, but the potato salad was the perfect combination of sweet, sour, zesty, creamy, peppery, pleasant yet properly textured experience. Who would've thought a place like this would have the most amazing potato salad. It IS Idaho, but never actually expected an Idaho joint to actually have a potato dish this good.
