“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALLY!!!!!
Let's start with the fact we are not members of this credit union YET. We needed to have some documents notarized, they said there were more than happy to do so at no charge. We had a printed copy of the documents but they were not printed properly, we had used a printing service at another business and spent a fair amount of money for messed up documents. Ally said she could print the documents for us so my husband went out to the truck and got my laptop. Ally went through the 10 page document page by page to make sure it printed properly, she used the exact font and font size i had used, talk about attention to detail. We then signed the document and the had a witness that we needed to have. We will be pulling our accounts from our current credit union and switching over to this branch. We were very impressed with the service we received. It was if we were already members of their credit union. Thank you Ally and Brittany for the amazing service.”

“Long story short, my family and I are moving to Hawaii. I had a major issue with my companies first check being deposited. (Company is legit. But funds were going to be held due to the amount and it being a company I hadn't worked for before). It was leaving us halfway across the world, practically stranded. One call to Laura, the branch manager, with an explanation of the situation was all it took. 15 minutes later she called back and had a portion released. I have a baby and my wife here. “I bank at another MACU branch but came in last second to work a car loan. Kimberly assisted me on the spot and although the deal got thwarted by the sellers title issue, she spent 2.5 hours trying to find creative ways to make a deal work. I'd use her again in a heartbeat!”
“I visited the horizon credit union on overland and Meridian Blvd next to the Lowe's shopping center for the first time . Being my first time I really appreciated the professionalism and how super helpful Hannah and Tammy were. What a great team they helped set up digital payments monthly for my new car loan and changed my monthly due date . It was super painless and because of how awesome they were I will be setting up a business account here and shutting down another account with another bank which hasn't been super helpful . Can't recommend this place more and I wished I could add more stars .”
“Outstanding customer service with Rosio G and very helpful staff. Originally scheduled to complete title transfer with third party and other employee who was unavailable. Rosio knew nothing of fairly complex transaction, but immediately got to work to make it happen. Got rooms for everybody to sit, organized the loan package, power of atty, title paperwork etc... Her smile never left her face. Phenomenal people skills with my 90 yr old MIL. Very kind and patient. Completed the whole transaction in 40 minutes and we were out the door. Have not seen this type of professional skill and take charge attitude in a long time. She took the bull by the horns and made it happen. Would have been a huge inconvenience for all of us had she not decided to jump in and do what needed to be done. Very impressive!”

“Sometimes the fees are $15 just to transfer money to this account. Have had some issues with the 9 day grace period was told something different from what the policy is. They fixed this. They say they accept Mastercard but they don’t accept my Mastercard. There are too many fees that are hidden.”
