“I've been coming since they moved into the Radley's. The service has been excellent. Never a long wait, and the staff is very friendly. Jennine and Robert are personable and make me feel like I am important. I would never go anywhere else.”

“We LOVE Medicap! Switching to Medicap has made our lives easier! Seriously!
**UPDATE**
We have now been with MediCap for a year, and I cannot say enough about the MediCap team! I appreciate them tremendously. They are very responsive and easy to correspond with via their app/text messaging system. But, most of all, they care about me and my family.”

“Customedica is the best pharmacy I've ever fully trusted with my medications, advice, accuracy, and, overall, with Service. The crew is very knowledgeable, fast-moving, and effective. The owner, Mr. Shah, is pleasure to deal with and to even just chat with. Oftentimes, when he sees a customer waiting, he would walk over to him and start serving him while his employees are busy with other customers. Yair”

“I am a certified pharmacy technician, and Reddish is the best pharmacy I have ever used in my entire life, hands down. Both my husband and my mother in law have been going to Reddish for decades and have never had a single bad experience. The staff are so incredibly pleasant, courteous, professional, patient, and so nice. The staff always go above and beyond in every aspect, and they work so hard to provide for their patients. I will never go anywhere else for my prescriptions unless I absolutely have to! Never have I been treated so well when using a pharmacy and I am so glad I found them!”

“pharmacy always efficient in filling prescriptions promptly, I am puzzled as to why the pharmacist feel grim when asked for specific details, even for a straightforward prescription. While being professional and fulfilling duties is important, displaying a lack of friendliness is another matter. It is my wish that the pharmacist considers the unique needs of each customer. Some individuals may prefer to learn through listening, while others may have medical backgrounds that cause anxiety when trying new medications.”

“My 15 year old cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. She does well with her pills, when she'll take them. She's so thin and it's scary. My Vet said perhaps a compounded prescription with a yummy flavor will do the trick to help her. She sent the prescription to Vic's on 12th.
Im so happy with this awesome pharmacy and amazing staff.
From the moment the rep called to give the price quote just yesterday, to the staff that answered all of my questions when I picked up the prescription, I was treated so kindly.
I'm thankful for the quick and excellent service. Pets are family too and Vic's is the ultimate family pharmacy.”

“The pharmacist CHING is simply amazing, goes above and beyond every single time for us and it feels so nice to have true commitment and compassion in a world where 5 Star customer service is declining daily… If I could give him 10+ Stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This pharmacy is great! I love these guys so much! They hustle and they work so very hard! I appreciate their patience just as much as I believe they show appreciation for mine. It's just so much easier for me to go this route especially for right now. Thank you all so very much!”

“It's walmart, needs a mcdonald's inside like other walmarts, shelves not very well stocked, could be due to the long weekend. or mismanagement of the supply chain by the Democrats.”

“Walmart is always hard to beat. The quality is sometimes less than I hoped for, however the prices are consistently low, and getting lower in many products.
So many products are 3 and 4 times higher in price at any other retail store. So save a buck at Walmart!”

“Hands down the most incredible crew working when I went to get my rx tonight! They listened, empathized and went above and beyond to give me the best care possible ❤️”

“Love this store and the pharmacy!
Young man in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me get a prescription inhaler for hubby when we could not afford the cost of $460. Picked it up today with only needing a signature!
Of course I broke down in tears in the drive thru because this really really blessed us beyond words! Thank you for the excellent customer service ?”

“Do they hand out 'courteous, friendly and customer focused pills' in the employee breakroom here? Whatever it is that makes it so for everyone who works at this Costco, I wish they could bottle and distribute it to all retailers. I am no Costco fan in general . True story, when I lived in the Bay Area about 35 years ago and was in a Costco for the first time I almost started to hyperventilate from seeing just TOO MUCH of everything and I went outside to wait on my husband to shop. And in the 20 years we lived in Bend (OR), between the crush of tourists (now about 1.5 Million a year to that once little mountain town) and explosive growth the Costco experience was torture for how unpleasant many of the understandably hassled employees were. (I grew to dislike the contingent of rude tourists too. Just sayin'.) I was an ABC, anything but Costco, shopper. SELECTION OF THINGS WE NEED TO BUY + GREAT SERVICE HERE HAS WON ME OVER: and makes even me look forward to our roughly 3 times a year shopping trips. As in today when we left with beautiful organic berries (four kinds), Kleenex, lemons and limes, a bottle of Zinfandel for my dad (he's 91 and it fit our "90+ spectator rating / $20-" ;-) rule for drinking his fav varietal with him ), Beecher's Flagship cheddar, what passes for 'junk food' at our house in the form of Tru-Fru dark chocolate dipped frozen raspberries (seriously, these are SO good) and Milton's brand gluten free frozen veggie pizza (good stuff in its' category) and lots and lots of AA batteries (which is what we went in for). So many that the checker said "I gotta ask?" as he rang them up. Battery operated window shades was my husband's reply. "Ah! Now I get it! ." chuckled this nice guy. As was the young guy, really hustling, who boxed up our purchases, for literally sprinting to the parking lot to tag a customer who left behind vitamins to get them to her before she departed. All of this with a smile. Nice. Very nice.TIMING IS EVERYTHING: here and it is best to avoid the time when, to crib Bill Joel, "the regular crowd shuffles in" to eat the hot dogs and pizza and whatever else at the food service, wait in line and order counter in the front of the store. I do not get it, but clearly I am the oddball here to not appreciate those eats. It is nearly SRO for food service and it adds to the crush of cars in the parking lot that looks huge but is always too small for the number of shoppers. Also if you can get in and out before they start the free samples in the food section, that is swell too for fewer people. And absolutely avoid weekends if you can do that at this store where it seems it is a family affair to bring the kids to Costco for entertainment and let them run around to explore and in particular at the samples stations. Go figure. GAZING IN MY CRYSTALL BALL: We have only been shopping here for a year, it opened maybe 2+ years ago, but seeing more frequent stops in here during this Summer and Fall given they carry the same brand of organic berries of all kinds that we buy at another retailer in the area and the Costco ones were fresher and 30% less. It will not be my fault if a bag of Tru-Fru frozen chocolate covered raspberries jump out of the freezer case into my cart each time too.”

“This was the only Walgreens in all of Boise that had my specific and uncommon antibiotic available. All other pharmacies would have it shipped and it was taking a long time so I got it here. The prescription was ready a few hours after they said it would be and it was basically impossible to get through to their staff on the phone. I waited on hold an hour. It disconnected after a half hour each time and there were many callers ahead of me. So I was not able to confirm availability or ask for acceleration on my prescription as it was urgent to pick it up.

Once it was ready, the process was smooth, but if you are looking to urgently pick something up, go to a less busy pharmacy as it's impossible to reach a human on the phone.”

“The presented picture was not of the clerk who helped me for this review. Overall, FedEx was outstanding on service and timely shipping to my chosen destination and allowed me to track my package without having to setup an account; unlike UPS. Also: FedEx is Nickle, Dime inexpensive over UPS.”

“Nice big Albertsons with friendly staff. Usually never packed with people. They have a great sushi bar selection. Starbucks inside with a seating area. Bakery area is pretty decent with huge selection of donuts and baked goods. Good size meat selection with a good variety. Great alcohol selection from a lot of local breweries and wineries. As always their Fresh Tortillas are a must buy.”

“I had a super frustrating experience with my normal pharm, Walgreens on the Blvd; they closed for an entire day on Monday, and could not fill my prescription. The prescription I needed, must be taken daily. Terry Reilly & Dan Squire were extremely helpful & literally saved my sanity by getting my prescription filled. The ladies at the pharmacy were kind, patient & understanding. They worked together to get my situation temporarily resolved, and even gave my child a treat. I really appreciate you ladies! Thank you”

“If you were going to have me write this review a couple weeks ago, I probably would have given it a 1 star. We had a rough start with communication between us and this provider. We were initially with a different infusion center that provided my husband's medical care for his medication. That infusion center dissolved their department so we were referred to Option Care. They did try to get a hold of me once in January. That was their only attempt to get my husband transferred over. Of course months pass and we were completely left blind.

Fast forward to last week. I talked to some people that helped my husband get set up and scheduled. We got all of my husband's medications and needs relayed to each other and we were all finally on the same page. They were able to get my husband scheduled less than a week after our phone conversation. It was nice that they worked fast to get him in. He was already overdue for his medication so it was neccessary to get him in as soon as possible.

Today was our first infusion at Option Care. Our nurse was very intentive. She asked my husband medical and health questions to get to know him as a patient. She made sure he was comfortable after giving him is first dose of medications. I appreciate that she was so involved getting my husband taken care of. You can tell she cared.

She did ask if I was comfortable as well. Honestly, I wasn't. The chair they have for you to sit in is quite uncomfortable. I was only in it for 30 minutes and was ready to sit on the ground. I couldn't imagine 5 hours in that chair. Knowing that I was uncomfortable, she kindly moved us into another suite that had 2 medical chairs for us to sit in. There was also a little tin of snacks for us. I thought that was so nice! The suite was very spacious. It was a little chilly in the room so she had a space heater going to warm it up a little. After a while it did warm up so we shut it off and cracked the door to get fresh cold air in. It was nice of her to warm up the space for us.

We did our first 5 hours at the new facility. To be honest, I'm not mad for switching centers. The other place we nice but it was great to have our own suite. The staff was super friendly. The fact they had snacks for us was such a nice gesture. I'm happy our first experience here was fabulous. It puts my heart and mind at ease knowing my husband is in good hands. I'm always at his treatments but if he ever had to go by himself, I know he'll be ok.”

“The pharmacist here, I didn’t catch his name, but he was amazing and did everything in his power to get my inhaler to me ASAP. Unfortunately I was turned away by the doctor because they said I had COVID symptoms when I went in today asking for an inhaler because I couldn’t breathe due to the smoke. Thank you so much again for being so on top of it, it’s more appreciated than you know!Thank you!”

“I love this place and the selection of food they have. I'm also digging the wine/beer area and the food court. What I'm not digging is that girl at the bakery area yesterday grabbing my wifes cookies that she ordered with her bare f*cking hands. I would've caused a scene on the spot but I was shocked. Outside of that this place is great but beware of some of the hygiene practices at the food court.”
