“Picked up a used heavy duty steering gear from them over a year ago for a very decent price. At the time I didn't know if the heavy duty gearbox would be compatible or even fit my model, neither did dealership parts & service managers, or any other auto shops I called, and everyone else made it clear all sales were final. But this place told me if it doesn't work out, bring it back they'd swap it for the standard duty type, so I was able to take that chance. Best steering gearbox I could have possibly picked up for my 23 year old off-road Suburban build!”

I Believe In My heart that this business is the has the most integrity. “So skip all the low ratings and sob stories of people that got towed for illegal parking. That's their problem for breaking the law. These guys don't drive around town looking to tow people. They respond to a business or property owner calling them -- so take up your complaint with the property owner.I have used AATCO multiple times and every time they did a good job, were super helpful, and made sure I got home safe. They have towed 2 vehicles for me at a reasonable price and also fixed a couple of my vehicles.People complaining about prices? Well why didn't you just fix it yourself if you are so skilled. You are paying for labor of people that are trained, have tools, and have the ability to repair your car. They also have what's called in business "overhead", taxes, rent, more taxes, etc... Your mechanic isn't earning $100 an hour. It takes a lot of money to operate a business.These guys are fair, friendly, and work hard. Most of the complaints on here are from white collar people that think rainbow people, fairies, and unicorns are real. Sorry -- get a real life and if you don't want your car fixed here go to the dealer where you can get a bottle of water while they screw you more than you will ever know.If you like a good honest shop -- AATCO is the place for your and yes mechanics get dirty hands....”
“The hot weather killled my battery while parked at Costco Nampa. I called Tesla for emergency roadside service and he accepted my car insurance. He helped install the new battery as I had no tools- and no jumper cables necessary. Easy peezy with this towing company in Nampa.”

“Torch Towing came through at midnight while stuck on the freeway with a dying Diesel Truck - Requested to be towed over a 100 miles to my home - we were travelling through ID from AZ to OR - they never blinked an eye, were on site within 30 minutes - and considering I had been on the phone with my insurance for over an hour with NO help from them (and I have roadside assistance) - my wife found TORCH, we called - they helped - we got home at 3 am - but we made it home. Thanks to TORCH Towing - and Tank our driver! KUDOS to the crew.”

“I showed up and the lady was really friendly, despite being really busy. Got my key and was on my way. Came back and simply parked the truck where asked and gave her my key. It was just that easy. To be able to rent a pickup truck for 4 hours for under $100 is a pretty awesome deal. (I think it was about $60 WITH collision insurance- which I would recommend, just to avoid hassles in the unlikely event something happens.) Anyways.. very happy customer, no issues.”

“Purchased a 2011 outback with a rebuilt title from these guys a few months back and wanted to get a few thousand (6000) miles on it before writing a review. Most everything has been good so far and it would be a 4.5 star review if that were an option. The only issues ive noticed are a window switch that didnt work, some worn lower control arm bushings, and the fact that the listing stated all filters had been replaced although the engine air filter and cabin air filter were not replaced. Otherwise the car has been a good commuter for my monthly drives to utah and around town.”
