“I used this ? service throughout the years when my vehicle was broke down the bus is handicap accessible has wheelchair load entry & bike racks I love their new features I love the App? back in the day you used to have to go and find a paper map? and navigate yourself through their route? and try and find your route? and call them and make it on time? now you enter your location your destination your name is in there they update you you can cancel your appointment and the best part is the prices are still the same? with ⛽ prices nowadays I think that's the best deal ever I'm going to start using it even when my car gets fixed just to save me ?”

“Huge grateful shoutout for 160 Eagle OnDemand! I rode for the first time last week 10/27/23. I'm a senior blind woman who gets around with the help of a guide dog for the blind, and various GPS apps that speak to me about my surroundings. Prior to scheduling a ride, I made quite a few phone calls to VRT with questions on how to make this work for me. Every single person I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. I was beginning to feel like a pest for calling so much, but they all assured me that it was not a problem at all - they were there to help. When I finally decided to jump in and schedule a ride via their app, I was excited and ready for a fun day out on my own - except for my guide dog, of course (smile). Everything went smoothly. It's hard to express just how good it feels to experience the independence the 160 gave me. I won't forget that first ride, and I plan on many more in the future. Thank you, VRT and the city of Eagle, for making this happen!”

“The owner (Dan) is courteous, punctual and very kind. My wife and I have used his services from Star to Boise Airport probably six times in 2 years. He is an excellent communicator. You don't feel like you are being driven by the more common app based ride share services but more like having your own private chauffeur and limousine service! (a Chrysler mini-van in this case). Dan drives very (very) safely, and the ride is smooth as silk. Highly recommend!”
