Verizon provides great and phenomenal customer service. The staff is absolutely amazing, patient, kind, friendly, and personable. They show a willingness to answer all questions and ensure customers are 100% satisfied. They make the process of changing, upgrading, or switching carriers much easier, even with multiple problems. Customers have no reservations about going back for help and highly recommend them.
Dropped in for new phones and worked with Hudson and Jeremiah. As a 25-year Verizon customer, I've upgraded a lot and this was the best/easiest experience ever. I didn't expect it from an affiliate.

My husband and I went into the store to get our phones, ipad and apple watch upgraded and it was a great experience. The staff there are very resourceful, kind and welcoming. I would recommend going here!

I’ve been in the store twice now, and they are so incredibly helpful, and quick! It’s faster and easier to go into the store, rather than try and call in for support. Colby and Jeremiah were especially helpful un today’s visit!
