“Terrible water damage to the unit we rent out. We went and checked in early march to grab some stuff only to find our unit had flooded and frozen over during the winter. Which ruined a lot of our stuff. Working through our insurance now to try and get some sort of money to compensate a whole house worth of furniture ruined.Update: The property manager reached out to me and spent a good amount of time trying to smooth out the mess with the insurance company (who denied my claim since the damage didn't come from the ceiling). He was very honest and kind and showed a lot of integrity. I was highly impressed with him reaching out to me, especially when he didn't have too and my claim had already been denied. For those looking to rent, the property manager is excellent and has been very helpful with finding a solution to this problem for the future renters! However be wary of the rental insurance. Especially if you are worried about water damage.”

“Great experience storing here for 6 months. The pricing was more affordable than what I found at other storage spots in town. The units are kept up nicely. Barbara and the other staff were always super friendly and helpful. I rented one of the small inside units which was the perfect size for storing all my things when I was between apartments, as well as having a place to stash stuff I wasn’t using over the summer. One thing just to be aware of is the no food storage rule to keep rodents from coming in. They also recommended storing clothing, shoes, paper etc. in plastic bins to avoid damage. I never saw signs of mice though, which is probably due to people following the rules and the staff doing a good job keeping things clean and under control. Overall would recommend!”

“It is really great to have storage out in the more rural areas. The manager has been very easy to work with. The unit was clean. It is all outside, so if there is snow or rain it can get a bit messy outside. I like that there are many different sizes to choose from, and so you can make sure you get a unit that fits your needs. Overall I love the location of these the most.”
