They made sure they gave me back my car all shiny and new. Only complaint was the lack of updates about the delays to my car. Had to keep calling back hoping my car was done and it wasn’t. Took 2 weeks to get my car back.”

“Honestly wish I could leave a 10 Star review I’ve never worked with a more knowledgeable mechanic, he saved my life a couple years back my starter went out on my Toyota 4 runner the day I was supposed to leave at the end of the semester, I called him and even though he was out of town he got his son to help me and they helped me change the starter and got my back on the road that day

“Went in for a check engine light that i hadnt checked in over a year. He discovered that a part was missing and he told me the parts function for the engine - something about fuel efficiency. “I was on a job up in the foothills and after backing up in my truck, the truck was stuck in reverse and wouldn't allow me to put it in any other gear. I called Jose at Taylor Chevrolet and he told me what he thought the problem might be and that he will send a tow truck right away. It was 4:45 pm and he had the truck back to their shop shortly after. His prognosis was correct and their mechanics had the truck up and working the next day. While they had the truck in the shop they also found issues with the breaks and were also able to fix them as well. Taylor Chevrolet service staff and mechanics have always been great to work with and we will continue to take our vehicles to them.”

“I truly can’t explain how thankful I am for Scott’s help. Me and my girlfriend were stranded in Yellowstone on a holiday weekend, and not only did Scott agree to drive an hour and a half to help us, he worked through the night with almost no breaks, and got us out of there way faster than we imagined would be possible. He gave us a great price as well. He was very nice and explained what he was doing to us, for each step, and my car hasn’t sounded this good and run this smooth in years.
