The staff was great. Ordered and received my tire all in 24 hours. The only reason I gave three and not fou stars is that they wouldn't rotate my tires unless they were replacing a front tire, but then told me that they could do it the next day, just not at the same time as replacing a rear tire. It didn't make any sense.
