“Costco is a nice store. There's not too much to say, as it is a giant corporation, but for a soulless company, it's definitely in the upper tiers of the list. It would be my first choice for any shopping related things, as you can buy in bulk, and there's free samples. It's all around a pretty nice place.”

“Ash does a great job contacting me when I asked her about product being out and she is always updating me on stuff I need!The store is fine but my problem is with the warehouse only sending curtain product to other stores like Boise but not allowing special orders for some items like browning sauce!Ash has tried to order it for me multiple times but they do not send it. Is there a way to fix this issue?”

“Didn't know if I needed new tires. Asked for a recommendation from the tire center. They were honest - said my current tires were "ok", but I let them know they were slipping and sliding in the slush. Riley, Kenny, and Earl hooked me up with new tires (I was traveling to Montana from out of state) and in an hour I was on my way home with my new treads (that did NOT slip and slide on the slush!). Thank you SO much, gentlemen.”

I needed a prescription upgrade after losing my glasses, came in to Costco, & was helped by Shari to choose out some glasses. Sherri told me info on the numbers that glasses have that narrowed down 90% of the options they had which I never knew about. Which made the choosing process so easily simple.The day my glasses arrived they were fitted by Alex which I had never had done before which made them the perfect fit. My glasses have never been more comfortable & stylish. I don't know why I took so long to try out Costco Optical.”
