“I have used Lowe’s exclusively for the last several years, Sometimes it’s a struggle but this last Sunday I purchased a bunch of product I didn’t necessarily need right away but there was a deal on my total purchase. Ao I wanted to take advantage of it. At checkout there was a small problem and customer service representative Torri came to the rescue. Her patients and experience helped take care of the issue! She was truly helpful and supportive.

“I'm at a loss of words. My upstairs shower fixture broke right at 9 at night when the kid slipped and started leaking in the walls downstairs. After going to the few places here in burley I started calling places in twin. I called the guys down the road and they didn't have what I needed. I called the guys here and not only did they have it, they were more than accommodating, left what I needed outside cause I wouldn't make it in time. The part was correct and saved the day. A shot in the dark that hit the target. I couldn't be any more grateful to these guys.”
