“The gal at the front of the store took me just where I needed to go, helped me to figure out just what I needed, made my choice easy by giving me the specs on my choice, and bingo, bango I was done, and out the door. Thank you, Kringles! It's so nice to have a local small town hardware store. ♡”

“I've been here a bunch. Sometimes they offer free popcorn. The staff are nice and easy to get along with. They have a small selection of tools and public restroom. No correlation but both things are nice to have.”

“I'm at a loss of words. My upstairs shower fixture broke right at 9 at night when the kid slipped and started leaking in the walls downstairs. After going to the few places here in burley I started calling places in twin. I called the guys down the road and they didn't have what I needed. I called the guys here and not only did they have it, they were more than accommodating, left what I needed outside cause I wouldn't make it in time. The part was correct and saved the day. A shot in the dark that hit the target. I couldn't be any more grateful to these guys.”

After helping me place the order she said she would call me when they came in (approximately 3 weeks), and I thought yeah right no one ever calls people back. Well guess what she did call me back, I was amazed. I work in retail and great customer service is hard to find. Thank you launa for all the help and excellent customer service.”

“My recent experiences have been much more favorable than my last review. It seems that this HD has hired many people who are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and have a personality. We recent talked with Tamby and a few others who went out of their way to be helpful.”

“Blake in Paint and Edgar truly went above and beyond when it came to customer service! I was trying a new project, and Edgar took the time to make sure I had everything I needed while walking me through numerous options. Blake then went the extra mile by working on a color correction past closing time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the final color. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Blake again since then, and he is always so welcoming and genuinely appreciative of returning customers. That kind of customer service is hard to find! If you need paint, ask for Blake! You won’t be disappointed.”
