“We are from Minnesota and whenever we made a visit to Rupert, we always stop at Desert Book in Twin. It became a tradition for us to find good books, etc. on every visit. We also loved the photos and paintings. Over the years we kept looking for that right photo of our Temple - the SLC temple. We were so excited when we found that perfect photo on this visit. The photo is called SLC Temple at Twilight and they just placed it on the exhibit floor. The photo is perfect and so is the dark wood frame matching the decor in our home. On every visit the staff is so helpful and friendly.”

“La-Z-Boy is a great product (I have some 12 yr old pieces that are still in great shape)- and while I haven't received my order yet (I will update my review when I do) I had a great experience when picking out the new furniture for my living room. Just like any other furniture store you are greeted by a sales person at the door. She asked if I needed help and since I was looking to order this time for sure- I would need her assistance. She took the time to go over the room design, and sizes of the couches I was picking. We both had out tape measures and calculators. I definitely got the design consultation I was looking for. I will let you know how delivery and all that turns out!”

“In the past year, I've had several items that needed to be framed. They were odd sizes, so I went to Hobby Lobby to see what they could do. I was blown away by the staff in the picture framing section. The first item was my brothers military retirement citation. It was in rough shape and was bent and torn around the edges. The employee helped me find the perfect frame and mat showing me how it could be framed in a way that the torn edges would be covered up. They treated this citation as if it were their beloved art. I was thrilled with the results and felt that the employee understood how important this project was to me. Several months later, I discovered two vintage fruit crate labels in an envelope in my mom's garage. There was a spot on her kitchen wall that needed some art and I took them to Hobby Lobby. A different lady employee took them and found a mat color that worked for both of them. They turned out fantastic and I loved seeing them when I visited my mom. Most recently, some 6 months later, I took my parent's wedding picture to be matted and put in a larger frame. The lady remembered my previous project and I showed her my idea for a mat color. She respectfully asked if we could try a different color, and I am so happy she did. The mat color she suggested makes the colors (which looked very muted with all the frames they were previously in and the mat I had chosen) pop out and look more colorful! It's truly amazing the eye that she has for the best mat color for the items I've brought in. I am so pleased with Hobby Lobby's framing department and will continue to go to them for my future projects.”

“They had a pretty good sale on temp control sheet sets. My husband and I were helped immediately by a super friendly lady named Dina. She was very knowledgeable when asked about multiple products!”

“i came here searching for some hocus pocus and star wars fabric, all the way from the midwest ( where there are NO good joanns ). when suddenly 2 grandmas started arguing over some yarn, they were screaming, insulting each other, whatever words you can think of, they said it. all the customers and i were watching this. then one of them ripped a bar off a shelf and started swinging! she lost her grip and it shot directly towards me, my life flashed before my eyes. then suddenly, ken. she pushed me out of the way and we both dodged the bar, then she pulled apart the grappling grandmas while the crowd looked on. she came up with the solution of cutting the yarn in half. ken saved my life and stopped the grandmas from destroying the store. and then she even asked if i needed any help, and of course i still needed my fabric! she brought me to the hocus pocus and star wars fabric. if you ask me, ken deserves the biggest raise, and a permanent employee of the month picture on the wall. best joanns experience ever!”

“Love the store, love the products, love the pricing. Feel sorry for the associates as there was a line of 25 people deep, people getting carts of stuff then getting in line and leaving it. Associate's have to put it away. Be patient people it's almost the holidays.”
