JCPenney is a department store offering apparel, home furnishings, and beauty products. Customer experiences at the Twin Falls location vary. Another was pleased to find quality bed sheets during a lovely sale after being unsatisfied elsewhere. However, experiences with service and policies differ. One customer found a return process to be quite an ordeal. Another witnessed a cashier being put through quite a ringer and humiliated by a customer, noting the employee remained pleasant and professional despite shameful treatment. In contrast, a different visit received huge praise for excellent customer service when an employee kindly assisted with a curbside pickup after closing time.

She is always busy and do all sorts of work: organized merchandises, check prices, gave some assailments to other team members, help customers at the registers or giving them advice.... read full comment

Clothing had gone down hill, there's nothing to choose from. Especially for children over 5. The lines to check out are awful!
