The representative has no customer service skills, really poor communication, cannot have a civil conversation with him he just starts yelling and screaming instead of having a conversation. He claims to be the owner and manager of that facility.

The guy working at the desk was rude and unprofessional, will never ever prefer to go back at this location.

Had a great experience renting here. Polite and prompt customer service. Car was ready when I showed up, and dropped it off overnight with no issues. It is a tiny location, so none of the big location perks, but they got me in and out efficiently.
