“Emerald Club at National is the way to go in Chicago! It's easy to just get your car and leave and not wait in line. The price it's better too then a regular rent-a-car and you avoid the long lines. People with Positive Attitude working here every time we rent cars. Nice!! Love the Toyota cars! Great location and easy to get to from O'Hare Airport and easy drop off when you are done with the car and jump back on the tram back to the airport. We save so much time doing it this way.”

“Nina, John and their team went above and beyond to resolve a couple of issues I had with rentals. As an older driver that has been driving older model vehicles I wasn't familiar with some of the features equipped in the modern cars. They fully explained things so I could understand. I recommend the Countryside/Lagrange branch for anyone in need of a rental.I want to add more to my review after returning to this location for a third rental. The team is caring and can accommodate probably any request made. I suffer from asthma, and even though I appreciate the disinfecting process of each car, certain smells will cause me to cough uncontrollably. After scheduling online, I emailed Enterprise to ask if I could have a "scent free" car, and they understood and provided a clean car without the special spray. Their team is friendly and more than willing to work with you to get in a rental that you're comfortable with. Cudos to Nina, she rocks!”

Not only did they recognize us by our first and last name, their shuttle picked us up within minutes and took us to the door of NextCar. We were given a beautiful Escalade, and sent on our way. Upon return, we had door-to-door service from the drop off-site to our airline. It was fast, friendly service, and the price was better than other competitors. “This was my near annual visit for required maintenance. The service representative initially discussed, on the telephone, what might be required, including a company recall. At the facility the work activities and spending limit were finalized. The service rep. was friendly and proficient.The work was performed within the time anticipated and the expense did not go over the estimate & spending limit.The vehicle was washed, but not vacuumed, once the work was finished.”

“I've been renting vehicles from Enterprise for over 7 years now only place i will rent from, in town needed a vehicle i came in to the Park Ridge location and the experience here was amazing. Harper and Ricardo welcomed me in and treated me with the upmost respect, we had conversations and joked while preparing the paperwork for the vehicle as always easy process. I did have to return a day later to resolve an issue with the vehicle, Alex immediately greeted me and jumped into action with Harper to rectify the problem. I can't express engouh how grateful I am how well i was treated as well how they got me back on the road quickly. Only way i could show my gratitude at that moment i returned with breakfast sandwiches for everyone working that day, can't forget rest of team you often don't see who work in the back. I truly hope corporate acknowledges the staff here hands down just down to earth crew here, Harper Caulfield (Branch Manager) many thanks you run an excellent crew here. For example, the Avis changed the opening hours from 7am to 8am, however, I still needed to pick-up the car at 7am. Joffrey came in early to makes sure I was able to pick up my rental for 8 weeks. “Excellent from start to finish. After picking up my car and everything going so smoothly I wanted to leave 5 stars, but I suspected from past rental experiences at O'hare there would be something that would go wrong, an overcharge or mysterious additions to my bill or surprised toll fines, etc. But I got the lowest price I could find online. I had no additional sales pushes, I had no uncomfortable waiting, or rude employees - in fact far from it- Angel was as friendly and competent as I had ever had. And then I had a clean, new car that I actually had ordered at the price I had ordered. I was confused why this was so good. When I returned the car I waited for the catch. There was nothing. I pulled in and right away was greeted with a smile. I assumed that the man didn't work there. But he did. Then to my astoundment, the shuttle which was parked inside the garage pulled up, picked up all my very heavy bags for me, put them in the shuttle with a pleasant a professional greeting and I was ready to go. The shuttle driver was excellent. Again, I waited for some additional charge to be added. I feel safe to say that this is the most unexpectedly great rental car experience that I can remember for a very long time - for sure in Chicago. I will only go to them next time.”

“We rented a Ford Expedition Max from Alamo for four days when we visited Chicago for the yearly autoshow. Upon arrival at terminal 5, you take the lightrail to MMF, where major rental companies are located. At the Alamo counter, we were promptly assisted by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The formalities were quickly sorted, and the car was ready in the garage with only 900miles on it!After some instructions, we received the toll device at the exit. We were pleased with the car, and upon return, the process was efficient without any unpleasant surprises. This being our first rental after recent negative experiences with Hertz (where we hold the Five Star Gold status) in Europe, we wholeheartedly recommend Alamo in the US! We happily switch to Alamo for future rentals :-)”
