“If you know what's good for you, and you're interested in a Honda, go to the Schaumburg dealership and ask for Kevin Hanson. Nice guy, very transparent, informative, and wants to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Finance guy is also hilarious and made everything easy.

“The Enterprise car rental process was completely seamless. I arrived at 8 o’clock for a reservation early, which was booked for nine, but since I was the only one there, the woman at the counter was able to process and get me in my car within five minutes. I also had a very nice rental car which was upgraded. The process of returning the car on the weekend was also seamless. There’s no doubt that Enterprise hires the nicest and competent staff that is delightful to customers.”

“This Enterprise location often works with a nearby body shop I trust (Addison Auto Body). The car I was picked up in was very comparable to my car, and the pick-up was very timely with very little wait time. As we drove safely from the shop to the Enterprise store, the representative explained features that may differ slightly from my car to make sure I was comfortable with the car and fielded any questions. The representative made the paperwork process painless, getting me on the road to my next appointment within 10 minutes of arriving at the shop. The time for my car's repair was unknown, and they made it very easy to contact the manager directly to extend my rental. I had a few questions after driving the car for a couple days, and my calls were always answered with patience, reassurance, and understanding. Being able to leave the car at the shop without worrying about calling in or adjusting drop-off times due to unforeseen traffic took even more stress away from the process. Overall, they made a stressful situation involving my car much less stressful with the rental process. I hope I don't need their services for the same situation again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call. Thank you!”
“My family and I had a wonderful experience with this enterprise branch. I especially would like to thank Antwon for his excellent customer service.
I was running late for my drop off appointment that was on a Saturday. The appointment was for 12pm and my GPS had me arriving at 2pm. Mind you this particular enterprise is closed on Sunday so I was looking at a three day charge for a rental I no longer needed. I called enterprise and Antwon answered, he listened and told me that he would call me back. He went above and beyond and at the last minute was able to get my drop off appointment moved to 2pm. I made it there at 1:30 and was spared the 3 day charge that was staring down at me! The staff also calked me a on Monday to let me know that they found my daughter's lost book. Thank you Antwon for everything!”

She gave me several options of cars to choose from and even let me switch the car when there was a cigarette smell in the initial car. The man I spoke to over the phone/and front desk was also extremely kind. Very conveniently, they work with crash champions nearby and offer rides to and from the location. Thank you !”

He cleaned off the car for me as well, as it was snowing a bit. He contacted me a few days later to check my status and asked if I wanted to switch to a different car. I appreciated that and said I was content with the car I was provided. He also refunded my initial deposit in a timely manner over the phone, which put me at ease! “My experience with Budget has been an absolute nightmare, but this location was the only one out of 6 that had any vehicles. I rented a vehicle from the Aurora location that was filthy, and has clearly been in an accident recently and was not safe to be driven. Six locations and everyone saying there's Nothing they can do, this was the only location that had a vehicle. When we arrived at this location we were still very upset, the employee was kind and courteous, it was the first apology that I had received. He upgraded us and had a new, SAFE, vehicle ready for us. So greatful that they put an end to my nightmare with Budget.”
