“I have a new VW and I have been waiting for a new door panel for 6 months, and the metal rattle has been driving me crazy! I stopped by as a former customer to ask if there was any way they can help me out..... Well John McNickolis was there and he was such a great help, no only did he fix the rattle he did is as a favor. I am happy to see that good service still exist especially with our youth. I have been happy with Jeffreys in the past and this just solidified what a great establishment they are! I would not go anywhere else!!!”

“I bought a car from one of Duke's employees. The body shop brokered the purchase as the dealer. Basically, the owner of the shop did the paperwork for the purchase (bill of sale, title transfer, taxes), which included a small fee, even though I was actually buying the car from an employee of the shop. I had the car checked out by an external mechanic before I purchased it and everything was fine. I had no problems with the purchase process itself. I was initially a little skeptical when I learned that I would actually be buying the car through the body shop as the “dealer,†especially because I found the vehicle on Craigslist and was expecting to buy it from a private seller. However, because the car was purchased through the body shop, which is licensed as a used car dealer, I was able to drive away with a temporary tag. This was nice to have, and unexpected, since I wouldn't have been able to get temporary registration tags from a private seller. So far the car has served me well and survived a trip to Ohio and back. Thanks!”

“Ricardo is great to work with, very hard working family owned and operated business. Be patient, he offers very competitive prices to make the job affordable. I was extremely happy with all the work him and his team had completed to fix my Freightliner truck. My hood was cracking and falling apart at the hinges and he was able to reinforce the hood, repair the damage and even installed all my new headlights, LEDs, chrome grill and bug deflector. “TL; DR:Mac has weekend hours unlike many competitors. Staff was personable from the get-go: making an appointment and in-person. John was a stand-up guy and selflessly helped me out. He made my day!---------------------I'm a good driver, so I was pretty mortified when I backed into a parked vehicle. Total accident, of course. Luckily the other vehicle was fine, but mine had a misaligned rear quarter panel.I looked up body shops in the area, and saw that Mac was one of the few who had weekend hours.I called and made an appointment. They were personable and friendly.We pulled up Saturday at our appointment time. John greeted me, and I explained what happened with my vehicle. He quickly went to assess the problem. He briefly left, came back with some tools, and popped my misaligned quarter panel back in place. He wiped off a few bumper scuffs, told me what it would take to repair it, and gave me a quote.He wouldn't take my money, either.I was totally flabbergasted, and so very thankful. What a truly nice person! He made my day and honestly relieved so much anxiety I had about the financial aspect of what the repair would entail (I wasn't going through insurance).Obviously I highly recommend Mac's and John, and would use them in the future!Service: Body & Trim”
