The brackets that held it up somehow got loose and it just needed to be raised up and tightened. They did not charge me anything and it's great customer service that they did that for me for free. He found the place where to get a new mirror, quoted a price and it was lower than the dealer so he ordered it. A few days later I took the car in....within 5 minutes.....presto...a new mirror! I know other things will take more time...I know they will take time and care in doing their work.”

“I had a small fender bender a few weeks ago. I told the insurance company I wanted to have the repairs done at A to Z. No. problem. I stopped by a few days later, got an thorough estimate and scheduled an appointment a few days later. The work was finished as promised, on time, and perfectly done. Couldn't even tell where the damage was. In addition, the interior of my car was really dirty from the winter slush and accumulated dust, dirt paper wrappers etc. I was dreading cleaning it. To my surprise, the interior was totally cleaned and detailed. I was happy, not only for the prompt and good service but also the surprise detailing.
