I used an FP postage meter while I worked at an incense factory in Chicago. It made adding postage to a stack of letters really simple and saved a lot of time manually stamping. I wish I had one when I was an intern at church!

Once you're set up, you're good. But to get servicing, its an issue...customer support/retention/cancellation is all nearly impossible unless you hope to wait 40 minutes and don't get disconnected. The only department who would get on the call would be sales...which is disappointing.

My problem was resolved but Ronda. She was very friendly and got my proble fixed within 15 minutes. So glad everything worked out.
