This company is the worst, by far, just read the reviews. The large majority are one star and this has been going on for many many years. Every bad expereince I encountered is referenced over and over here. How is this company still in business?

I have attempted to discontinue service multiple times. I am continuing to be charged and have already sent back my machine. Multiple calls and emails and nobody has been of assistance. Horrible to work with
