The absolute worst company ever. I contacted the company to let me out of contract three days prior to it ending and they still want to charge me for the year ahead 2025. The product was misrepresented it is not wireless so we have to physically carry it to plug it into the internet every three days. We had an FP postage prior to this one and we did not have to do that. I was told this was an upgrade. Right! Money hungry diggers. Terrible service. Do not use this company.

a complete waste it time and money for a small business owner. I will not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company. they also do not do any refunds and misrepresent their product. I'm stuck with a three year contract with these guys

This company is not in compliance with Illinois statute regarding automatic renewal contracts. They will send you a notice that your rates are going up but will not send you a letter advising that your contact is renewing or how to cancel. This company is SHADY and customer service is terrible. I hope USPS pulls their contract.

This postage machine is fantastic. I have enjoyed learning the system as it was already established at the company when I started working here. HOWEVER, dealing with customer service is another thing entirely. I cannot complain too much because we were able to work around it when the machine shut down and we had to wait for another one. Evidently we're supposed to have a "Dealer" that will help with transactions and such. Well, we can't get ahold of them. They don't return phone calls or emails. We went ahead and got it handled ourselves and the FP agent reprimanded me for this. Seriously. Another agent spoke to me like I was a child. Eyes rolling in my head. So, when I finally reached the cancellation department...well, that's when things finally got rolling. The problem is we're in a contract with them until 2025 and will cost a fortune to get out of it. We're at their mercy until we can escape the horrible situation.I hope this helps someone not go here....just go through your local postal service and use their machine. They'll have someone on sight in a heartbeat. We'd still be sitting here a week later if we were waiting on our "Dealer". :'P

HORRIBLE!!! After wanting us to upgrade and it being very costly, we decide to terminate our contract and send back the equipment. I emailed the tracking number to email provided. After going back and forth for over an hour, this includes the sale rep we got stuck with when ours left the company, they still refuse to help and are very rude and condescending. Do not expect customer service of any kind with this company. The made our machine obsolete and then tried to make us get another machine with a monthly cost added. We were with them for almost 10 years.

Probably the worst customer service experience. FP mailing is nothing more than a Money Grab. Fullfilled my initial term of 39 months despite having a total of three machines in the office over that period because of faulty components. Would not let me out of contract, due to the fine print when you receive another machine as replacement. When they say initial term, it doesn't mean the actual initial term of lease. As a small business we thrive on taking care of our clients, FP mailing solutions obviously doesn't care one way or another.

I used an FP postage meter while I worked at an incense factory in Chicago. It made adding postage to a stack of letters really simple and saved a lot of time manually stamping. I wish I had one when I was an intern at church!

Worked for this company... and it's one the most terrible experiences to date. Environment was terrible and management needs to be dissolved altogether. Avoid doing business with these guys at all cost just go to their competitors instead they have better equipment with far more better quality products. Trust me they will waste your time.

scummy, sneaky, incredibly mean. they aren't good enough to get customers to CHOOSE to stay with them, so they rely on sneaky "renewal" tactics without any consent. they claim it was part of a contract, but they couldn't provide proof.

Annual leases 'automatically renew' for a full year term...and that happens 3 months prior to the renewal date. This practice is dubious at best, and fraudulent/illegal at worst. Still trying to get a refund for pre-paid postage three months after cancelling. Customer service is non-existent. Avoid at all costs.

Just FYI, if you happen to be one of their un-happy customers like us... they say there is requirement to give them 90 days notice to cancel your contract in some downloadable document.

Never written a google review or any other review. This is the one time where consumers need to be warned about a company so I feel compelled to write it. If you look at the hundreds of 1 star reviews, that should tell you all you need to know about this company. I was a customer for many years and their meters became faulty. I wanted to cancel, so I returned the meters. They informed me over the phone that they write off the rest of the contract as long as the meters are returned. I get stuck with a bill for the remaining lease. They also send an aggressive lawyer after you. All this for a stamp machine? Go elsewhere or just buy stamps lol... not worth the hassle with this outfit.
