“We look forward, gleefully, to a future of perfect comfort and sleep after buying a new bed/base/2 pillows and protective, waterproof fitted sheet from Anna at Mattress Firm. We feel we were led to this mattress store closer to us than any with a wide selection of products on a clean, tidy and comfortable showroom floor. We met a friendly, knowledgeable and patient salesperson, Anna, who was warm, honest and professional. She is a delight to know and answers every question you might have. We are excited to be getting our new mattress and base delivery just 1-2 days after we purchased it! It is no wonder Mattress Firm (Oakbrook) earned a Best of 2026 award and a 9.7 Star rating for its trustworthy faculty, excellence and integrity. My husband and I will definitely recommend Mattress Firm (Oakbrook) to all our family and friends!”
“It was a fun and informative time at Danada Square Mattress FIrm. The owner was delightful while explaining the differences between mattresses., and affirmed my decision. I'm so happy with My selection. Can't wait to sleep in bliss! Rosalie”
“Good morning
Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful.
Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted .
Thank you for hiring Roger…. Also I wish no harm to the other sales person, but maybe additional training on how to teach customer.
Thank you
Enjoy your day”
“My wife and I went out on Thursday July 2 to run some errands. Didn't plan to stop into Mattress Firm but we did as we were wanting a new bed. Anyway Sanjeev Gupta met us at the door. He was great, we explained our situation and he understood exactly what we were looking for. He showed us 2 different types of bed explaining each one. We went home thought about it and called him to see when he would be there on Friday July 3rd. We told him we would be in. A crazy storm moved through the area on the 3rd and the store lost power. He called us to let us know so we didn't make an unproductive trip. We went in on July 4th and sealed the deal. I think Sanjeev went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'll be referring people to Sanjeez. Thank you Sanjeev!”
“The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The bed frame I got was not as I expected and Jorge worked with me to satisfactorily rectify my issue. The delivery was good. They sent me notice when they were on their way and were very respectful of my home. I would recommend this store to my friends.”
“Today on July 3rd of 2026 I was helped by Eric. I liked that he gave me space to try out all the beds and informed me about having 4 months to try out the mattress, which is awesome. He was very helpful and informal during my experience there. Im recommending everyone i know to shop here and hopefully Eric gives them the same experience!”
“Excellent experience at Mattress Firm! Karolyn and Cesar were amazing—very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They took the time to understand what I needed, answered all my questions, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with them!”
“This place cares about their customers.
Had a bad experience with a Macys bed and this place came in with a better bed solution and delivery. Love the personal touch with a real human. Can’t say enough good things about this company.”
“Cabe was extremely helpful in finding the right refrigerator that fit the opening in my kitchen and explaining the process for the install and removal of my old fridge.”
“Rudy was phenomenal to work with. We had some prior knowledge of the product before stepping through the door as current owners of one, and although we ended up working with his manager, Awab, when we returned to purchase as Rudy was with another customer, it was Rudy and his transparency,
knowledge, and no pressure approach that sold us. The beds are great, everyone knows that, but for an enjoyable sales experience, make a visit.”
“Very helpful with our questions and providing information about the many different choices that there are about the products offered. A good shopping experience.”

“Got a mattress retailing between 1700 and 2400 for 1100. Great deals. The owner helps strap the mattress to your car and he even sent a text to check if we got back safe. Definitely check this business out.”

“My husband and I purchased a sofa in March, 2026. Our sales person, Kaila was excellent! She helped us pick out the firmness of the cushions, the firmness of the back of the couch the material for the couch the material for the pillows with such ease. It could not have been a more enjoyable experience so we just wanted to say thank you.

“Good selection of mattresses in all price ranges. Trystan was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Mattress will be delivered in 2 days. Great experience from the moment we walked in the door.”
“I’m so glad we stopped in. Our shopping experience was stress-free. Conor and Brian were super knowledgeable! We can’t wait to get our mattress delivered—the free delivery and set up was a great plus! They also threw in extra deals like a free mattress topper. At this rate, we’ll be lifelong customers and would recommend to anyone we know.”
“I have never, and will never, purchase a mattress from another manufacturer as long as this team keeps producing the same high quality product that they have been for the past 25+ years I've known them. I recently purchased a new mattress after 11 years with my old one. It was still in great shape, but just was time. Their team worked quickly to get us our mattress in less then a week and I can't say enough good things about it. The build, the quality of the materials used, and the overall look completely transformed not only how we sleep, but the overall look of the room. The sales team knows their stuff, which take a huge burden off me as thebuyer.
From the customer service, to the final delivery, you don't get this kind of service and quality anymore. Family owned, local, knowledgeable, and one heck of a mattress. Buy from this shop -- you'll love it the moment you lay down.”

“Mary Dooley at the Schaumburg , Illinois store was wonderful. We walked in not knowing much about sleep number beds after trying other mattress brands in our search for a new mattress.
She taught us about the technology behind sleep number beds. She showed us the difference in our spinal alignments before and after adjusting the bed. We felt it in our bodies almost immediately.
She answered all our questions and gave us time to discuss what we felt and wanted.
It was a positive experience from the moment we walked in the door till the final purchase. We are looking forward to our bed arrival and better nights sleep with less aches and pains in the future.”
“I’ve never been to Steinhafels, but my first experience was very nice. The sales staff was excellent Very helpful, but also allowed me to browse for what I was looking for. I was looking for an area rug and they have a large selection.
Anyway, I found a perfect rug and got a nice discount. I was very happy thanks to Mohammed for helping me out. I’ll be sure to keep them on my list for future purchases!”
