“Let me tell you about the absolute best Realtor in the chicagoland area. This guy went above and beyond to find us our home. First thing, we're not people that come from or have tons of money... we were looking for a property in the 200k or less. When we started looking for places our 1st realtor seemed to net be so interested in selling, he was always late and we saw the places with no feedback or information, it was terrible. Later we found another realtor, it didn't feel like he was trying hard enough, like we were super poor and he was not interested in wasting time for a "cheap" property. Then we met Dan Volker and our search was absolutely the most pleasant experience ever. It is stressful looking for places and state the pros and cons and deal with banks and loans, etc. This guy made our lives a breeze... he looked for properties, he was available right away, he had information, feedback, he was honest and fully committed to find us a home no matter the price. He helped us with part of the financial questions, with how everything works, he was very clear when he replied to our questions and very detailed on how everything works. He is very easy to work with as he is very friendly. We found a beautiful home that we are very happy with and when we decided to put the offer he was very quick about it because he knew how much we wanted the place.
