“I'll give 4stars just becuz the effort they gave and the good luck I had. That being said there's a few reasons why I'd give lower if it wasn't for the good luck.My ride limped into the shop. Said they'd diagnose the problem. 2.5hrs later I finally get the update.....They don't know!! Good thing is it fixed itself...for now.But besides just plugging in a computer to see the problem codes, they dug a little deeper than most garages would to tryn get to the root of the problem. I like that, it's just too bad it took nearly 3hrs to do so. So I guess my good luck is that it fixed itself, but bad luck is that we don't know why the problem happened 2 1/2 hrs & $160 later.”
