(Not a fan of the deodorant in the cabin filter though) hopefully it will dissipate with time. I was especially impressed with the promptness of my appointment time. That is #1 in importance to me. “I had my X7’s brake rotors and pads replaced today, and the experience was outstanding. The entire service was completed in about the same amount of time I’d normally spend just waiting for an estimate at a dealership—anyone who’s been through that knows exactly what I mean. In terms of time savings, it was incredibly efficient.
As for cost, I drove about 40 miles to get here, and I wouldn’t have made that trip if the savings weren’t worth it. They absolutely were.

“Live in Chicago and have been to a few shops for different needs, but Joey and his team truly go above and beyond. Text him about a problem unrelated to the work he did, responding late on a Thursday with my track day the next day helping me figure it out. Told his techs to find me in the morning at the track to make sure I was good. Awesome guy, amazing shop doing some crazy builds. Wouldn’t hesitate to use or reccomend for an oil change or figuring out how to prep a race car. Simply put, Joey cares a lot about his customers, and knows his stuff inside and out. “I took my 2007 Chevy Suburban here due to low oil pressure problems I had, I was constantly losing oil due to a rear main seal leak, I also had a rough idle, and my car would shake when not in motion due to lifters, springs, and other engine parts being old, corroded, and damaged. Juan went above and beyond, took the entire engine apart to repair everything.
