Definitely avoid this store. Brandon just arguing and seems to know it all and didn’t help. Laurie looked lost and said they charge to transfer: Yet, I had one line transferred at another corporate office. I own a nationwide company if my employees were this way with customer service; they would be fired. They are by far the worse people, You’re better off going to the one in Bloomingdale or Arlington heights. They are very helpful since your are a customer

Thank you Jose for all help with upgrading me to my new phone. Jose is very knowledgeable, respectful and was patient with the whole process. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to upgrade their phone. Thank you and I will definitely do business here again.

My iPhone was acting up and decided to stop by here. Herb was extremely helpful and listened to all my concerns and tried his very best to get my phone situated. He was patient with me and took the time to also call Apple support regarding my iPhone. I would revisit this location again for any concerns on my phone, or plan. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Plus they put your screen protector on crooked and when it starts to bubble and come up they say they can't do anything and you have to get another screen protector. Horrible service, they can't even put a screen protector on right. Do not trust the people here to even touch your phone or your going to end up paying for something that isn't your fault.

Spent over 3 hours between Saturday and Monday at this location to get a new phone. Even after trouble shooting they literally said that they gave up trying to order me a new phone.

This is a great location, Elizabeth is awesome. I had to switch out an unlocked phone that wasn't working and she gave me all the options, was super clear and concise and got me out pretty quickly. I've been to this location a bunch of times and they are always super helpful and it's worth making the extra trek to ensure you leave there with everything the way you want it. The store is very clean and spacious and the wait times are usually short. Highly Recommended!!

Kamal was incredibly helpful and patient when helping me set up and transfer my phone to the iphone 15, ran into some issues due to an apple software update but Kamal and the manager (i can’t recall his name) stayed almost 30 minutes after closing to ensure my new phones were set up and working. Best service from any phone carrier i’ve ever had!!!
