“Can't say enough good things about VCA Westmont. They are well managed, very professional and very easy to work with. Their app also makes it so easy to schedule appointments, refill prescriptions and pull paperwork. I appreciate that they're upfront with pricing before doing any procedures. We saw multiple doctors and they were all great. They are thorough and explain things clearly. When we had to put our 16 yo Am Staff down, they were very kind and compassionate when setting up the appointment. Unfortunately, our pet got very sick a week before the appointment and had to be put down at the emergency vet. Even still, VCA sent a card with condolences signed by all the staff. It was such a sweet and welcome gesture! I highly recommend this facility.”

“I have not recently been as impressed as I was with Roselle Animal Hospital. We recently adopted a six month old puppy. Tragically, he pushed open the back door and when called home, he ran directly into a moving car and lost his life. The people at the hospital, Doctor to receptionist, could not have been nicer or more compassionate to us. They certainly went above and beyond for a new patient. In a world full of conflict, what a blessing it is to find good, caring people.”
“This vet is amazing! I use them for both my dogs, I have the dog plans and its great and cost affective. Staff always try to keep me calm yet still provide all the facts to ensure I'm knowledgeable. They love our puppers and furbabies, its easy to tell. Only had 1 other vet this good, rare find and no regrets!! The letter after surgery always puts me to tears lol its so cute! Clean place, everyone is helpful. Even their other clients are great when its busy. I'd recommend them to anyone!”
“This place is absolutely wonderful. My dog needed a new vet and I could not have found a better place. From the initial call, getting a next day appointment, to showing up and having my pups appointment everyone has been so amazing at this place. Dr. Maas and Nico were great, both were very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, my pup felt at ease and no signs of being nervous or distressed. Dr. Maas looked through the paperwork I had and saw something was recently completed and pointed it out to me. Which really said a lot, and further solidified the trust I have in her and Knoll as a whole. As much as I hope I don't have to visit often, my dog and I definitely look forward to going back to Knoll whenever needed and seeing the top notch staff. “I adopted a puppy that was staying at a foster with her litter mates & the foster persons other pets. Before we took her home on 3/1/26 I made an appointment for 3/18 to have her looked over & discuss preventative health plan. On 3/3 the office contacted me to see if I could come in earlier on 3/4, which I did. We met with Dr Sebek and the following day she called to tell me my puppy had 2 parasites found in her fecal sample (hook worm & heart worm). That same day I went back & they gave me medicine to give her for the next 6 days & our follow up appointment was made for 3/25. Im happy to say, no more parasites found. Dr Sebek & all the vet techs were awesome & gave me some good tips & info since this is my first dog. Im so glad I did my research prior to adopting & found an excellent veterinary clinic that will give us the best care. Im so grateful they reached out with an earlier appointment.”
