He was very knowledgeable spent quite a bit of time examining Dally And going over all of the notes from the other veterinarian. He explained in great detail what his recommendations would be, and why, and then proceeded to give me cost estimates As well as nutrition and supplement recommendations, I will hopefully provide comfort while managing her health issues.”

“I adopted a puppy that was staying at a foster with her litter mates & the foster persons other pets. Before we took her home on 3/1/26 I made an appointment for 3/18 to have her looked over & discuss preventative health plan. On 3/3 the office contacted me to see if I could come in earlier on 3/4, which I did. We met with Dr Sebek and the following day she called to tell me my puppy had 2 parasites found in her fecal sample (hook worm & heart worm). That same day I went back & they gave me medicine to give her for the next 6 days & our follow up appointment was made for 3/25. Im happy to say, no more parasites found. Dr Sebek & all the vet techs were awesome & gave me some good tips & info since this is my first dog. Im so glad I did my research prior to adopting & found an excellent veterinary clinic that will give us the best care. Im so grateful they reached out with an earlier appointment.”

“We've been coming to VCA Boone for a couple years now, and Dr. Hines has seen us through the hardest cases a cat household can throw at a vet. Donk (arthritis and cancer), Jive (dental issues, lymphoma), and now Moog, who just went through a urinary obstruction, bladder stones, and surgery. Every time, Dr. Hines has taken the complicated case without hesitation and explained what was happening in plain language, and referred out when she needed to. When Moog was stuck at the ER this weekend and nobody would take him without a referral or consult, she called in some connections herself and helped us get him to a surgeon in Aurora same-day. That's not something you get from every vet. And Laura at the front desk remembers every one of our animals by name. When you've lost a cat or dog and you walk in a week later with another one who's sick or just needs shots, being recognized by someone who knows your history is a real kindness. This team has been part of our family's worst and best days. I can't recommend them enough.”
