I literally called the pharmacy at 620pm. And they have had me on hold for 18 minutes and it’s disrespectful. Its called common sense

Your staff is absolutely heartless. It's shameful when you walk in to pick up a prescription and they have no record of even though you received a text that it was ready for pickup. Now I have to come back again because of their error and they have no compassion no matter what the illness is, shame on you Walgreens.
