Normally, CVS has fairly terrible customer service and the prices are too high, and it’s impossible to get somebody to help you, but in this case, Rafael was such a wonderful help he initiated helping me and it was such a good experience. Just wish CVS wasn’t a horrible hedge fund run corporation.
