“It’s so easy to write a review when you have a flawless exchange. That has not at all been my experience, however Val has been incredible. The products are really good, but honestly, I would not have put in two additional orders after my first order had it not been for Valerie. Her customer service is absolutely top shelf. Rest assured, if you go with Tack Form and there’s an issue, the company will make it right…. Sometimes multiple times! To be clear, none of the issues I had were with the actual product. The actual products are great. It was just what was delivered to me where I ran into issues, but they were taken care of quickly every single time.”
