However, wait times can be very long, particularly after using online check-in, which patients report does not reduce waiting. One patient waited 90 minutes past a scheduled time. Communication about medication side effects can sometimes be lacking, leaving patients without clear follow-up instructions. Despite these occasional issues with waits and information, many patients express strong satisfaction, stating they would return directly without trying other places first.
I went there for a blood draw and was disappointed in the place. The kiosk thing was ok but the exam rooms were not clean. Immediate care is quite good, labs not so much

I actually went to the imaging center. Had an MRI done in record time. Great techs. Good music. Really nice gowns to wear.

Just went in for UTI symptoms and let me just say that was the nicest and most efficient urgent care experience I have ever had. I was in and out SO FAST and the staff were all extremely kind and efficient. I have never been to an urgent care that well run before and I was truly impressed!
