“Always a good experience at Jewel-Osco Have what I want and everyone is helpful and friendly. Very nice store. Clean and well organized. All employees were courteous and professional. very large with the best selection of gluten free things I have seen anywhere. The fish and fresh meat counter are good. and the bakery section could cause you to completely blow your diet and your budget! Everything in one place! Good line organization, shorter wait than expected, everyone wearing masks as they should. Excellent variety of products! The store is in a great location and very accessible. Overall a great store.”
“I go to Walmart Pharmacy a couple times a month for my medication and my Mom’s medication. They are always kind and helpful. But yesterday they really went above and beyond! In short, I was picking up my Mom’s new medicine for her nebulizer (after my Mom’s discharge from the hospital just hours earlier that day). For some reason they couldn’t get the prescription to process even with the code. Rebecca was very helpful. She mentioned that they’d never experienced this problem before. Knowing my Mom from years of providing her prescriptions, they knew she needed this medication to breath! After only 10 minutes of trying to get the prescription processed, they gave us the medication free of charge! I even offered to come back the following day to pay, but they simply said that this computer issue was not my problem and should not stand in the way of Mom getting this critical medication. Thank you so much, Rebecca! You saved the day as well as my Mom’s life! We really appreciate you and your team! Just awesome ?”

“Update: Pothole at drive-thru, be careful. See photos. Store staff is helpful and friendly. Have not had issues at the pharmacy. Store is on 1st floor. Store is well lit, clean, and aisles are wide. Drive up has 2 lanes, but it seems only the one closest to the building is used. Handicapped parking and store entrance (powered doors) are available.”

“I received a pleasant surprise from the store manager Ernest today. I placed a curbside pick up order for New Year’s Eve, which was disappointing with some moldy bread and rotten vegetables. I called Customer service and they immediately refunded me for the items. But Ernest called me a week later and asked me to contact him when I arrived for my next curbside pick up. So at today’s curbside pick up, I asked for Ernest and he met me at the door and handed me a gift card for the shopping experience I had New Year’s Eve. This is why I continue to shop at the store. The quality of food is always excellent and curbside pick up is always a wonderful experience. It was a fluke and I understand it happens. Ernest made sure that I knew that customers are important at this location and took care of me in a wonderful unexpected way. Thank you, Ernest for making sure your customers are happy. I will continue shopping at this store and look forward to the great items I purchase and pleasant interactions I have with the employees who load my car and the wonderful management, taking care of any unsavory situations that are brought to their attention.
