“I want to acknowledge Matt, Assistant Manager at the Home Depot store in Algonquin. I had a problem with a storage rack that I ordered online. Two of the boards were not cut to correct size but unfortunately we didn't find out until it was too late to send the item back. The rack had already been assembled except for the boards to be put up. I was told that nothing could be done by the return desk employee, however, Matt found a way to help me out and the issue was resolved. Thanks for caring, Matt!”
