“I’m a newer customer at this location, and I’ve been impressed both times I’ve been in. Today, Connor had a nice vibe in the store, as he was super friendly and engaging music was playing. Thanks for the conversation!
An older gentleman helped me out the first time and educated me on batteries. I’m a big gamer and I can swear by these batteries over the name brands! Thanks so much and see y’all soon once I need a recharge!”
“Very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable staff! They don’t have it in stock? You can order it this morning and pick up in the afternoon. O’Reilly Auto Parts is the official automotive parts supplier to Solar Van Man!!”
“Been here a few times, batteries for key fob, garage door battery and most recently, my phone usb port got sawdust and wood chips and I couldn't charge my phone. They cleaned it for me in a few minutes, kudos 👏 I'll definitely keep giving you my business, thank you!”

“Awesome place. My wife had to get the battery replaced in her car and Edwin, the Store Supervisor took care of everything for her, including installing it and cleaning the corrosion off the posts. All this while being the only employee on site at the time and having to take care of other customers at the same time. He didn't make excuses or tell anyone he couldn't help them. He stepped up bigtime and took care of everyone!! Great employee!!”
“I had a great experience today 10/10/2025 at O'REILLY on McLean and Wing Street. Josh, Roman and Jose took great care of me and my car. They replaced the battery and license plate light bulbs.”
“The staff is exceptional! The Cary store is well stocked and run by very pleasant folks who know auto parts! You can order out-of-stock parts in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon! Great people and service.”
“I had an amazing experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I got the right parts for my vehicle, and even offered helpful advice without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
What really stood out was their professionalism and attention to detail. It’s not every day you find a team that actually cares about customer service the way they do. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked, which made the whole process quick and stress-free.
If you’re looking for reliable service, knowledgeable staff, and a smooth experience, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this location to others!”
