“So today I found myself driving my 2008 Hyundai Tucson with NO low beam headlights. This should have been an easy fix but I ended up visiting 2 autozones, 1 advance auto parts, and another O'Reilly in my neighborhood. Not one of them was willing to help with the replacement. Then I found Eduardo at the Algonquin O'Reilly's auto parts. In spite of the drizzling, damp weather, Eduardo was able to replace both of the headlamps. He truly is a hero and I am truly grateful. Give Algonquin O'Reilly's your business, they truly earned it.”

I walked into O’Reilly thinking I just needed a simple part…and somehow left feeling like I pulled into a professional F1 pit lane and the crew chief said, “Relax, I got you.”
First off, Joshio greeted me with a smile so genuine. He asked me how my day was going and made me feel so special. I thought he was about to offer me coffee. We talked for like 10 min about my day.
10 out of 10 customer service right off the bat.
The conversation lasted so long I forgot what I went in there for. He knew exactly what I needed and made me feel taken care of.
Then Rafa stepped in like the professor of auto parts. I had about 47 questions, some of them probably unnecessary, and this man answered every single one without blinking. He broke it down in a way that even I understood. No pressure, no attitude, just straight knowledge.
And Roman… this man deserves his own paragraph. Turns out the part I needed was at another O’Reilly about 10 minutes away. Instead of just pointing me in the general direction and sending me off, he explained everything clearly and even offered to take me there himself. Who does that? That’s next level service. That’s not “good manager” energy… that’s “I actually care” energy.
Between the three of them, I’m convinced if my car ever breaks down again, they’ll show up with tools, snacks, and emotional support.
Seriously though, amazing team. Professional, helpful, and actually care. You don’t get that everywhere.

“Awesome place. My wife had to get the battery replaced in her car and Edwin, the Store Supervisor took care of everything for her, including installing it and cleaning the corrosion off the posts. All this while being the only employee on site at the time and having to take care of other customers at the same time. He didn't make excuses or tell anyone he couldn't help them. He stepped up bigtime and took care of everyone!! Great employee!!”

“Robert the manager went above and beyond! I’m a local store manager and my battery was cooked and couldn’t start it and with work being hard to get in somewhere. He not only helped me with my purchase he came to my work and installed it for me in the parking lot!!! Not only that snowing like crazy and windy and he knocked it out in 20 min.
