“Everything was absolutely fantastic!!! Great quality work as well as the great customer service we got from the whole staff! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!”
“Humberto and his crew were very respectful of my requests when bringing in my f150 after an accident. He has fair prices and my trust after the job was complete. Yes I had extra expenses in the middle of my rust repair but I was made aware of them before I released my vehicle to them. Humberto also gave me complementary rides to & from his shop. A well rounded buisness owner with ethics!”
“So today I found myself driving my 2008 Hyundai Tucson with NO low beam headlights. This should have been an easy fix but I ended up visiting 2 autozones, 1 advance auto parts, and another O'Reilly in my neighborhood. Not one of them was willing to help with the replacement. Then I found Eduardo at the Algonquin O'Reilly's auto parts. In spite of the drizzling, damp weather, Eduardo was able to replace both of the headlamps. He truly is a hero and I am truly grateful. Give Algonquin O'Reilly's your business, they truly earned it.”
“Great experience. Had n 11:30 oil change yesterday and missed it.
They let me reschedule no problem for today at 12:30.
Pulled up, checked in quickly by Antonio.
Had a special request to let the oil drain longer due to me being over due a bit.
Savanah was the tech performing service and she confirmed the request and was on it.
Ash helped out on making sure all the old oil was out and those two were a perfect team.
Savanah also added air to some low tires and I was good to go.
Great service. I always come to this location.
My other reviews are under online sales.”
