“I had issued with my Samsung Flip 5 not charging properly, so I took it to get looked at and this amazing worker named Todd helped me out. Todd was very friendly, kind, and immediately fixed my charging issues on my phone. He then explained what the issue was due to lint and build up in the charging port area. He gave me suggestions for preventing it and overall gave me great knowledge on everything. No charge for it either, just a great worker doing what's right and taking care of their customers. Truly the best worker I've experienced at UbreakiFix and this location in Algonquin is truly filled with great staff! 100% recommend. They made my day! ?”
