Waited on hold 15 minutes. System hung up on me. Called back. Repeat. System hung up again. Calked back a 3rd time. Repeat. I bet if the manager looked at the cameras it would show people standing around. 12-15-25 6:15 pm - 7pm

I had another great experience at Floor & Decor thanks to Lukasz. This is my second time working with him, and he’s consistently knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The first time, he helped me choose the correct grout and color, and this time he went above and beyond to help me find a perfectly color-matched flooring step cover. He really knows his stuff and makes the whole process easy. Lukasz is the best! Next time someone works with him give him a tip for me :)

Everyone was extremely helpful. Rick helped gather all the boxes of tile we needed and Alex helped load everything in. The staff is very kind.

We recently re-visited Floor and Decor and were fortunate to be helped by Donna - the design consultant. She is so patient, and guided us with skill and warmth. Floor and Decor is so lucky to have her! Once we finish our bathroom renovation, we will be happy to come back for buying material for other rooms. Donna's expertise is inspiring us to keep beautifying our home!

Overpriced in my opinion. They specialize in tiles but yet Home Depot has better pricing.

After wandering around aimlessly trying to decide what to choose for a rehab, I finally asked for help. Grace had everything pulled together in no time at all! Very happy with her guidance and input. Highly recommend actually asking for her. She has a good eye and listens to what you’re trying to accomplish. Thanks, Grace!
Google won’t let me leave a second review, but huge shout out to James, Robert, and Louis! They were so helpful with getting my order (unscheduled pick-up) and loading my car. Truly nice guys. So helpful! Thank you!

Had amazing experience at Algonquin floor and decor. We remodeled our bathrooms from day one customer service was outstanding. Lisa McQueenie helped us with design and anything else we need it. We will be using this location in the future.

Went to this location a couple of times loved it, they have a huge selection of flooring options. Alex was extremely helpful with his knowledge, advise and super friendly. Will definitely be coming back for future projects.
