All of the trainers have been very attentive and helpful, always at the ready for providing support and instruction. Every time we walk through the door, someone recognizes our presence and everyone remembers our names.”

451 Rolls Rd, Algonquin“I’m a member of this club. Love the place, membership is expensive. Sitting in parking lot since 4:50am, the Tuesday after Christmas. Opening door at 5:31am. Online hours post 4am…hmmm.”
“It is a great workout, a great system of accountability with the class sign up, great trainers, friendly staff. The compete with yourself approach is very motivating. The builds or place of opportunity for me will be more normalized low impact cardio, there is an option of biking but it doesn’t seem very appealing. More stretching incorporated into the workout. A better orientation, when I first came in it was so hard to comprehend what the instructions meant, it was a learning curve.”
