“The gym itself is great. And depending on when you go, there’s no problem trying to get a workout in without dealing with a large crowd. The problem with this place is the etiquette of its members. Weights are constantly left lying around and not put back on the rack. People leave their trash around, empty water bottles, wrappers, even gum. It’s not necessarily a fault of the owners…I mean what do you expect for a 24 hour facility. I just feel like the members should have a little more respect for one another.”

“Excellent customer service by staff. The manager Dave was very knowledgeable in regards to fitness and very professional. He helped motivate me to start my fitness journey. Also the place is very clean, spotless, but my favorite part is the women's area. I also can't wait for my first training session. Super excited about this new journey!”

“Very modern and up to date compared to some of the other metro Chicago YMCAs. Two huge pools, one for competition / laps, the other for family. Men, women's, and family locker rooms are available. Very nice lobby space, very open layout.”

“Nice, clean place. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that the one massage chair that has a tear in it. Big request to open at 5am on weekends too. I'd love to work out before my husband and toddler wake up at 630am 😅 Edit: I just saw Emma's review. It would be AMAZING if this location was 24/7”
