“When my brother's trailer broke down near the Indiana border, the only store within 2 hours that was still open until 9pm was this Tractor Supply. He called an associate at the store and they found the leaf spring he needed. They were willing to stay a little after closing time if needed so we could make the long trip there to pick it up. We cannot express enough our appreciation for this store's associate for going the extra mile for us during an emergency!”
“I must give a glowing review for Shannon (Store Mgr) and her entire friendly and knowledgeable crew, as they are a team of ‘excellence’ at Wauconda’s Tractor Supply! I shop there regularly and for every visit, the team caters to every need and any question or heavy lifting and go above and beyond (even when I couldn’t be there physically due to an emergency situation, they managed a special order and delivery to my horse when I couldn’t shop and expedite!). I always feel the ‘small town’ vibe there…shop at Wauconda TS and they are all friends who care! I can tell that the team members are happy with their work because I’m always greeted with a smile and eagerness to serve.The community who shops there too, is a special one… Wauconda’s Tractor Supply has a great following! Equine Products are readily available and more is wanted! ***The Apparel section needs more variety, because I will buy at my favorite store in town, location presents itself for having bigger names (ariat) and more apparel and seasonal gear. Thank you Wauconda TS for the assurances your company provides in my purchases and care for my horse!”

“This was my second time here first time went next door to the Mexican flea market then I went to see what this store was all about no one really talks about it u no in my town . It was a really hot day when I first week even hotter inside but found it really amazing and so cheap too for really good furniture the small trinkets look like they belong in the garage tbh. But I the furniture looks amazing and better than goodwill and not bad prices. When back this week for a chair for my brother desk found a bunch of great looking ones . For him the perfect office chair for only $15 and it looks brand new. And great quality too then I found a really cute Bluetooth pod speaker for $1 bran new roo in the box and everything I might go back and get another one super cheap what a gem for habitat for Humanity. Everyone was doing their thing but when i found the chair I wanted I asked a worker toget me one and he told me that the shopping carts are over at the front he seem kind of lazy but I told him I don’t want to leave my things and chair so please go get me one he was kind of lazy man”
“Apparently some Home Depot stores have a bad customer service rep, but I've always found their people to be friendly and helpful. It's my go to store for building or fixing anything. I've got other options in my backyard, but I always come back to Home Depot. Give them a try. You'll thank me.”
“Went into menards for an outdoor project, and we were stopped by Gina to ask if we needed any help. Not only did she go out of her way to bring us to the right section; she stayed with us and asked more about our project, thought it through and gave us tips and suggestions! She was a joy to talk to! Such a wonderful, and personable example of excellent customer service!!”

“Nice store. Staff in the garden section were very helpful. I needed some packing boxes, tape, & trash bags to clean out my mother's townhome getting ready to sell it. They directed me to right aisles. Home Depot has changed for the better where staff wants to help. Years ago, people would "run & hide" to avoid answering questions. Handicapped parking and access (sliding doors).”
