“Dr Ebirim is obviously someone that was meant to be a doctor. I'm one of those annoying patients that knows what they're talking about. And, as a woman, have OFTEN been dismissed by male clinicians. Not Dr Ebirim. He'll sit & listen, address concerns; however long it takes. His EXTENSIVE experience has also served me well. I had a "bad" shoulder and saw an ortho doc for an injection. I got it, and was in more pain. The ortho said it would go away within a week. I told Dr Ebirim and he said his experience was it's usually 2 weeks. I gave it more time and Dr Ebirim was right. It went away the second week.
He was such a "lifesaver" when I got a migraine. I've had it almost a week when I saw him. Now, the last migraine I had was in 2000. I don't get them often, which is the understatement of the year. He gave me some medicine (Ubrelvy) and it made the noise/light sensitivity go away. The second pill got the headache to go away.
He's really someone that cares about his patients.”

“Drove an hour to get here only to realize they close for lunch from 12-1.. and then realized they don't start doing drug testing again until 2pm. I was frustrated, but thankfully the nice lady who was working today was able to get me in right away. So for anyone coming to do a drug test, I posted their hours for clarity.”

Both times i had my bloodwork done by Ana, she created the most pain-free experience ever, and I’ve had bloodwork done by a good handful of lobotomist. I barely felt the needle and she kept me distracted during the draw. I normally get light-headed and nauseous. It’s a good 20 min drive for me but it’s worth it.”
“My technician is fabulous efficient, friendly She has conducted many tests on me in the past and always goes above and beyond Prior to this test she had a battery of tests to perform (some were not very clear) and spent the time to call the doctor to clarify what was being requested. Amazing as on todays world this is a rarity”

Having trouble with their website to get validated to see our results online, so that has been frustrating.”
“Scheduled an appointment online, got a confirmation. Showed up to my appointment and checked in from my car. Got a text message to come in and a few mins later I got called back. The phlebotomist was awesome and really sweet. I was in and out in less than 15 mins.”
“Easy to find and they took me in right away! Cecilia was the one who helped me and was amazing! She is gentle (drawing blood) and made the entire 3 hour glucose test so pleasant! She also had a small quiet room for me to sit in, and checked on me frequently. She definitely is so kind and reassuring. Thank you for providing excellent care and also being super quick! The 3 hours went by fast!”

“I brought my son in for bloodwork today, and he was extremely nervous and scared. The woman doing the labs was so wonderful, kind and patient. She went out of her way, way above and beyond, to help a scared kid feel comfortable. She got him water, calmed him down and answered his questions. I was so thankful and impressed! She made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!”
