“I went there on a weekday and they had a decent clothing selection. Very laid-back staff as well.
What I like about Zumiez (even though their clothes expensive) is that the pricier garments are well-made. Make sure you assess material of what you buy as I find it'll last longer (100% cotton e.g. shirts/jackets/pants, you're good).
You get what you pay for. I paid for like 2 jackets and it was nearly 300 dollars but we aren't gonna talk about that..
A lot of their selection is baggier clothes which I lean towards, but it's skater-like clothes with some edge to it. Compared to other mall stores like H&M and Primark, Zumiez is comparably slow-fashion amidst competitors.”

“A never-ending store of THINGS! It's hard to walk in and walk out only buying one item! They have great discounts on high-end items and always a good selection on anything you can imagine!”
“I was looking for a white sweater for a toddler and I had a feeling Old Navy was the place to look. And I was right! I also wanted matching outfits for my grand daughters and summer hats. The hat I bought was bigger than I thought but it was easy enough to become a member and get free shipping by spending $50. I could have also bought it online to be sure I had it and then gone to the store to pick it up.
You really do need to look at sizes though. They had 3T toddler leggings that were one length and then 3T toddler flair pants which were quite a bit longer.
As I’m always telling my husband, try the clothes on before taking off the tags!!!!”

“I was looking for active tops for pickleball. Apparently, I'm behind in the season because the selection in my sizes (usually M, but occasionally S or L) was limited, but I did find some and a pair of capri leggings in a great (and subtle) pattern. There are almost always good sales and today was 20% off everything, even already discounted.”

My experience. I get to the cash register looking at cologne and she immediately start pointing out her person faves. After this she then asks me if I would like to look online to save me an additional 20% on each item. Of course I said yes. Two of my items she couldn’t do without them being shipped, so we went ahead with the online order so I received 20% on all of my items. It’s small gestures like these that make me feel appreciated, and can rate 5 stars based on her customer service level. Great job Kari!! Thanks for helping me and saving me some money around the holidays :)”

“I've been to this store a few times with my 13yo daughter. Nice store, always clean, organized. Today I went for a quick return to store credit and was impressed with my checkout experience. Charlie was working and speaking to the customer in front of me. He was very engaged, high energy and called the teen customer 'boss'. I thought that was outgoing of him. Charlie then acknowledged myself next in line. He greeted me with that same excited energy through the return process. Charlie was not a robot employee working. He is excited and chatting with customers. He asked if I was done running errands for the night and hoped I had a great evening. This young man who is about 17 was so engaging. Great job! ??????”
